Return Policy

Cancel order

We accept cancellations for orders placed before shipment or production. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable).
We accept returns. Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Customers only need to pay for return shipping once (including return shipping costs); there are no handling fees for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delay or non-refund (if any)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; the refund may take some time to be credited to your account. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
